Aubrey Silvey Enterprises, Inc. was
awarded the first contract in October of 1983. This contact consisted of
repairing grounding to Microwave Towers all over the United States. From
this first project four two man crews were added in 1984. These crews
performed all types of work from replacing down leads on tower (which in
many cases had been stolen), to repairing or replacing of the ground
grids. |

In 1993 our Customer obtained a contract with the Federal Aviation Administration to install lightning protection and monitoring equipment throughout the United States. Because of our experience and work history SILVEY crews were re-assigned to this project. Upon completion of the FAA project our crews continued with normal maintenance type work all over the United States. This maintenance work involved working at both manned and unmanned sites where SILVEY crews install surge protection, maintenance, test stand by generators for online capability during an outage, etc.
